Description
I wanted to try drawing a chibi character with cell shading so there you go ;o I chose Serret because for some reason I adore this character. I'm quite pleased with the effect, especially with the eyelashes. Mostly because I've drawn them as a joke with intention to remove it just to see how she would look like with them, but I liked it so I left them be XD
