Happy 2017 all \o/ To celebrate the beginning of a new Year, I'd like to provide many much points to a few of my fellow deviants!

As stated before, here are the available rewards:
1st place - 4,000 points (given in 2,000 point increments over two days)
2nd place - 3,000 points
3rd place - 2,000 points
4th place - 1,000 points
and four honorable mentions worth 500 points a piece.

How do you WIN those rewards? Easy, the details are below

All Entries Must Be in By 1/31/2017 - Winners will be Chosen 2/1/17 and announced 2/2/17 (This is a one girl show, after all, and I don't want to rush!)

Step One: Draw a Thing*.
Step Two: Submit the Thing* to Deviant Art and Tag me in the post "This is for QuinlokiArt 's Contest!" Or something similar.
Step Three: Comment on this Journal post with a link to the Thing*
Step Four: Be Patient! Winners will be announced 2/2/17

*Thing does not mean draw THE THING, it means draw Any Thing. But it has to be YOURS. (Oh ew, not like, your "thing" ugh, no.) Basically no fan art. Draw me something original.
Now, here's the best part - it doesn't have to be "Technically" good. I need to be able to know what you've drawn (and PLEASE feel free to give me a short story to go with it, but No More Than 500 words) but that's it. Color helps, but is not required.

WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN BASED ON CREATIVITY AND ORIGINALITY.

Now, what if you can't really draw?

What if you're just lurking on DA and enjoying all the art? That's okay - I didn't forget you!
You are what the Honorable Mentions are all about \o/ If you refer someone to this journal - whether they draw or not - all they have to do is leave a comment "I was referred by @ So And So " and that's an entry for you.

It doesn't have to be cute or pretty - it can be mean and scary and ugly - just. not. gross. (like covered in snot, or oozing putrid blood or, /shudders/ - bugs. Bugs are gross.) ***
