Oh my goodness, I so need to figure out how to draw the aurora borealis. I think the effect turned out alright this time though.
I often talk about OC's having a nice color scheme, I think Northern Lights is just so fantastical.

Fun Fact: In Equestrian mythology, the aurora borealis was believed to be caused by cosmic, charged particles that leak into the atmosphere in polar regions because of the shape of the Earth's magnetic field. These particles collide with particles in the air and excite them momentarily; it is the returning to a lower energy state that releases energy in the form of light. This differs from the accepted modern belief where the lights are caused by love magic being shot out from the capitol of the crystal empire.
Fun Fact: All of that is bobcus, the aurora borealis is actually caused by this lovely mare flying at high speeds.
