Year of 2016

Skree! Oh my goodness, I completed over 45 pieces this year. Even not counting the final art marathon, I am so surprised by how much art I've done. I honestly thought with my schooling, having the most amount of hours possible, and my jobs that I'd have not much to show, but I actually had difficulty fitting all these pieces here.

I think what made this year so productive art-wise is because of all of you people. It is pretty obvious that basically all of my art now is done for other people, whether it be requested or commissioned. Looking at all these, I remember whom I worked with and how excited I was to make the piece. A lot of times I feel like Rarity, _{best pony}, not to say y'all don't know fashion, but that generosity is so satisfying to create something for othersand gain from the motivation. Y'all truly help me to push through hardships and to take pride in pony art.

And this is the year where I made so many new friends and interacted more with y'all. Ha, being a timid, socially-awkward person and meeting so many nice people here, i never suspected I'd get this far.
I wholeheartedly thank you all, and especially my friends. I feel blessed and am proud to be part of the brony and DA community. <3

Well, this is it--the final day of this art marathon. My gosh, this has been the most difficult art venture I've done yet. That was three whole weeks of working just on art, including the planning all the way to the late night pushes to get the piece out.
In the end, I think my lack of sleep and stress actually got to the point of giving me the sniffles. And I can honestly say I was more stressed over the holidays than in school. So many times, people thought I'm not doing any work worthwhile. But in spite of all the guff I apparently still get for pony, I'm glad I did this.

Now, I actually have a bit over a week left of holidays, and I really think I need a break after all this. While I am finally going to catch up on sleep, I will officially not be doing art and officially relaxing. I will put out some update info to start this new year at the end of my break, I've already typed too much here (this is starting to feel like another journal entry).
