Trinkets: Rotating: Too numerous to count; beads, charms, bones, bits of twine, etc. Permanent: A wooden bead dyed a weak green with plant juices dangles from a line that is strung around her ear to the tip of her horn.

Appearance: A beautifully built, lithe, black doe with dappled greying areas at her undercarriage. Hair tied with various trinkets, accessories that are too busy to work together. 
Illnesses / Physical Abnormalities: Moon Blindness; beginning in her right eye and full in her right eye. Tail is paralyzed, she has no use of it and as such it lays across her back as a way to showcase charms. Achy joints in the winter/autumn months.

Clotho is a different breed, to say the least. The word eccentric suits her, as it seems her motives and activities change by some small degree each day. A frequent traveller between Stag’s Folly and Redwater, she prefers to stay away from the majority of the herd, rather wishing those who are in need of her services to have to travel to seek her out. Her small stature allows her to take up residence in underground or cavernous structures rather often, an ability that serves her well by permitting the small doe to avoid the larger, more open spaces that make her uncomfortable. 

The dark doe is rather prideful, even if the result of this pride may be a bit busy in  the multitude of items she tends to adorn herself with. No bother, though - surely those who say her choices in accessories are a mismatched mess are lying, right? Mayhap someday someone will be able to turn her opinions on fashion around, but it’s unlikely. In spite of this, she’s beautiful - and that’s a fact that few can dispute. Secondary to this, she’s also very wanton; no matter the fact that she’s too tiny to be taken by many of the handsome stags that inhabit Blackwood. Clotho is known well for trying, often successfully, to seduce the majority of the males - and even some females - who come to her. 

Clotho is also cunning, using tricks to serve her own selfish ways. She cares not who gets overrun in her climb for power; so long as she is beneficiary in the struggle. No doubt she’d have not a bit of trouble murdering fawns if the acts benefited her. She is utterly self-preserving in this way. Lastly, Clotho is incredibly religious. She entreats upon Úir night and day at a near constant rate, and has unfailing faith that the goddess hears her.

Were someone ever to get close to this doe, however, mayhap they would gain insight to another portion of her. Clotho harbors deep feelings of loneliness, her need for companionship is great. If she were to find someone she fancied as to fit her, she would no doubt cling to this person as a lifeline.

Pre-Creation History: 

• Clotho is born to a Blackwood pair in mid-spring, year 755 of the New Age.
• Age seven, Clotho breaks from her parents and rarely sees them after this. She develops a strong interest in charm making and necromancy.
• Age eight, Clotho is gathing this and that for charm-making and encounters a rather thin, poor looking wolf. The creature still has a mite of strength about it in anticipation for a hunt and the two end up locked in a chase that seems to go on forever- until Clotho jumps from a small cliff and leaves the canid stranded above. She lives, but suffers a lower spinal injury that leaves her tail paralyzed and the impact sees joints aching in the colder months for the years that follow.
