General Rules

• Toradae Species and Headworld is owned by Falkzii.

• You cannot make a Toradae without prior permission.

• The only person allowed to create and sell Toradae is me (Falkzii).

• Guest designers will be chosen by me (Falkzii), when I open them. Please do not ask to be a guest designer unless specified otherwise (I.e. Guest Artist wanted journals.)


Adopting Rules
• Accounts under 2 months old are not permitted to purchase Toradae. (If you have moved accounts, please link back to your old account to be grated permission.)

• If you and a friend adopt a Toradae, it can only be registered under one name. Co-Owning is not officially recognized but it is allowed.

• Refunds are not available on Official adopts, please discuss refund with guest artist adopts with the artist them self.

Auctions
• When bidding on auctions, trying to guilt, or harass other bidders is not allowed. This will be monitored.

• Dropping out of an Auction as the highest bidder will result in a temporary ban from future auctions.


Trading/ Reselling Rules
• You cannot sell a Toradae for more than you bought it for. Therefor raffle, or DTA Dae cannot be sold.

• Once traded you must update the Masterlist.

• There is a two week period trade cool-down. Toradae cannot be traded during this period. Please respect this.


MYO Rules
• MYO slots can only be sold or given by me (Falkzii) and nobody else.

• MYO slots can be purchased via PayPal or points, at $15 or 1500.
They are currently CLOSED.

• MYO slots can be traded, but
cannot be sold.

• MYO slots do not expire, ever, but do be sure to keep a screenshot of proof that you, do in fact, own a MYO slot!

• MYO Toradae can have themes, they can be based off of fictional characters, but they cannot be too heavily inspired by said characters. (Note me for details.)

• When getting a MYO design approved, please send me (Falkzii) a note to approval before posting the design.

• Once the design has been approved please submit it to the Masterlist to be updated.

Blacklisting and Banning
Three Strike System
- Harassing another group member will result in a strike. If you find yourself being harassed please contact Falkzii for help resolving the issue.
- Harassing or arguing with an admin will result in a strike, depending of ur severity of the issue can even result in a second strike.
- Producing fake Toradae or rip-off Toradae adopts will result in an immediate 3 strikes, therefor a ban. (Though this seems extremely unlikely as the species itself has a huge variety of looks.)

• Temporary bans are given out after 2 strikes, a temporary ban means no purchasing Dae, or participating in any group events for a span of 2-3 months, depending on the severity of the issues.

• Permanent bans would be an extremely rare occasion, as I dislike even the concept of banning. This will only occur if previous offences continue to happen after one or more temporary bans.

• Blacklisted users will be put on a private list, this list will only be shown to members who request it, for safety reasons.
