NYOP medical/power emergency commissions

3/10/17 edit: another edit so soon, aha. mom got a doctor's appointment today(edit: well mom finally got admitted to the hospital from her doctor's appointment.) so she's gone to that but we literally have nothing. so we can't pay the doctor or get her any medicine. thankfully despite the doc's stupid idiocy by not properly setting up the scan she needed last month, he's always been rather understanding that we're poor as all hell, so sometimes mom can go to see him but won't have to pay until the next time she goes. it'll cost $50 for her to see the doctor next month. so right now i just need to be able to cover the cost for her to get her medicine and that new prescription and worry about the doctor bill next month.

i'll try to let you guys know if/right before i won't be able to get on anymore. hopefully that won't happen but... i'm bracing for it at this point. i also wanted to say that if you want to help but don't want art from me, you can share this journal or my commissions journal or.. i'm not above asking for donations at this point. we're probably a couple days away from the power company shutting off our power. if we're lucky-- the bastards have unexpectedly come early to turn it off despite literally telling dad the day they'd come.

3/9/17 edit: sorry for how quiet and slow i've been on here since i made this journal and last edited it. things are tough and it's that time of the month again where bills are due. but here's the problem-- an update on mom: she's still incredibly sick. after i made that journal she went to the doctor twice in one week and the doctor SAID he set up an appointment for a CT scan the next week, but they never actually set it up. dad called to get it fixed, but they fucked us over by not contacting us back (at all, let alone in time before the damn appointment was supposed to be). 

the following two weeks were just mom in agony and me and dad trying to scrape by and stay alive. then she finally went to the hospital where they didn't do the tests they needed to do and sent her home despite her clearly not being ok. two more weeks go by. she goes to the hospital for the second time via ambulance. once again they don't do the proper tests, don't do any scans and toss her out despite her being WORSE THAN SHE WAS THE FIRST TIME SHE WENT. doc there wrote her a prescription for a medicine we couldn't afford to get. it's $50.

the copay we pay for the hospital is like $270-- it went up from what it was last year. she's gone twice. the ambulance ride was also $270.

power bill is due tomorrow(3/10). we have no money for it. we need $100. internet bill is due in a couple weeks(idk the day, i'm so fucking stressed as is i havent asked dad so i dont constantly worry about that as well). another $50(unless we're so behind that that is also $100)

mom needs to go to the doctor again because she goes once a month and then she needs her medicine. doctor is $25. getting all her meds will be somewhere over $100.

i hate fucking bumping this when i haven't made too much progress on the commissions i already have. but just like last month, the situation is particularly dire right now. if the power goes off we won't be able to get it turned back on because we're behind. same with the internet. it's been over a month and a half since mom's health declined and it hasn't gotten any better. especially no thanks to any of the incompetent doctors we have in this shithole of a state. dad's health has also gone to shit because he's got an infected tooth now.

power and internet are currently the most important, that way i(and my brother) can still be online getting commissions so i can get the money to get mom to the doc and her medicine.

i don't know what to do. i'm gonna save my current list of commissions and references and everything just so i have it if the internet gets cut off and i'll try to upload if i ever make it to somewhere that has wifi... i'm so sorry i've been slow. i've seriously had to step up and do a lot around here and i'm extremely stressed and am trying to balance time to work vs time taking care of my parents and bro.

i feel awful bumping this asking for more commissions when i've been slow. i hope you guys understand. i'm really, really sorry. i'm past my breaking point but this is the only thing i can do while i wait for any possible response to the jobs i've applied to recently.

edit: if i can make $50 by tomorrow we can at least keep the power on, which means i'll be able to keep getting commissions to get mom help... otherwise... shit keeps rolling downhill.

i'm in immediate desperate need of some commissions to cover some medical issues that have come up. my mom is having a bad flare up of pancreatitis and we have... legit no money. we can't pay for anything let alone her getting the help she needs. covering medical expenses and medicine isn't feasible unless i can get some money coming in.

i'm offering "name your own price" commissions. you tell me what you want to pay and i'll tell you what i can draw for what you offered. once that's agreed upon i'll get to work on yer commission. i'll draw basically any animal, any design with any accessories.
