  • All deviantart rules and policies apply to this group.

  • No plagiarizing, tracing or use of bases - any work submitted to the group must be your own. The only exception to this rule is commissioning an artist or having a friend draw your application art for you. However, they must be credited in the description in your application.

  • Respect all admins and members.

  • Strictly no sexual harassment. This is not tolerated at all and if we are informed of any sexual harassment we will not hesitate to ban the individual.

  • Do not bully, harass or pressure other members for any reason whatsoever. This includes making fun of or being rude about others on social networking sites such as twitter (etc). Treat others how you want to be treated.

  • Keep personal issues, drama and conflict private. If those involved cannot deal with the situation civilly, or you feel that another member or admin is causing problems, please note the group about it.
There is zero tolerance for creating drama in-group. Do not drag dirt into the public chatrooms, bring up old drama/fights between people or even further enhance drama by discussing (your) current fights/drama with other members. Handle issues maturely, discreetly and civilly. If you do not think you can do so note the group and we will help find a solution.

  • However, if you feel as though current or previous problems with another member may make it awkward for you to be paired up during events or activities please note the group. We will keep this private and make sure to refrain from pairing you together with a certain person(/people).

  • If you have any issues or questions related to the group, please note the group as opposed to an individual admin. Any private notes will be ignored.

  • Remember the difference between fiction and reality. Do not take feelings or conflicts into the RP and vise versa. Remember that the owner is not their character.

  • Be active! Be in the chats, submit writing/art and roleplay with others. Activity checks will occur at different intervals to ensure our members are active.

  • If you’re leaving the group please note the group to inform us. A reason, while not necessary, is appreciated. The same goes for changing your DA username. This is so we can update our spreadsheets etc.

  • Use the correct chat rooms for OOC and RP.

  • Don’t let people feel left out. Be respectful and friendly to everyone.

  • Bullying, harassment or rudeness of any form is not tolerated.

  • Keep 18+ content out of public chat. This means linking NSFW content, roleplaying sexual content or discussing NSFW headcanons or sexual things in general. Keep it private. Remember that there are minors and people who are not comfortable discussing these topics in the group.

  • Godmodding and metagaming are not permitted at any time. This may only happen during event periods or for plot purposes solely by the mods.

  • Keep OOC talk in the RP chat minimal. If you must talk OOC use brackets [] or parenthesis ().

  • All submissions must follow the Deviantart terms.

  • All artwork submitted to the group must be your own. This means no bases, copying, tracing or dolls. Application artwork may be drawn by someone else (eg. a friend drew it for you, or you commissioned it), as long as it’s properly credited.

  • Traditional art is accepted as long as it’s clean.

  • Do not submit any ‘mature’ art to the group - this includes anything too violent or sexually graphic. Please. remember that our characters are minors.

  • Please submit your work to the correct folder. If you’re not sure where this is please send the group a note and we’ll be happy to help you out!

  • All submissions must be group related.

Reporting

If you see any of these rules being broken or an issue arises please note the group with a screenshot to provide evidence of the incident.  After seeing untrue accusations being held against members in other groups we will only deal with an incident if we are provided evidence of it actually happening. Appropriate evidence includes screenshots of conversations and links to comments. We do not accept copy and pasted chat logs as evidence as these are easily edited which causes them to be unreliable sources of proof. Without proper proof we will not be able to take action to resolve the problem as it is unfair to accuse other members based on assumptions.

Our punishment system works on a three strike basis. You will receive two warnings before being kicked from the group. Major offences (eg. sexual harassment, tracing) will result in immediate removal from the group.
