This is one of those cases where I don't have any other name for it.
So I guess for the Final Stage show for Ghost (those post-finale stage shows with better production values due to actual actors being involved), the confusing little kid from Ghost's finale turns out to be Takeru's son from the future, and he transforms into Ghost using Ore Damashii. Technically the title of this WOULD be "Ghost (Ore Damashii)" but y'know.
Literally, it is just Dark Ghost with an Ore style face colored white. Lazy? Sure, but it's par for the course for stage shows. White fits him since he wore all white. The real tragedy is that this probably means Takeru's dad didn't get to become Kamen Rider Boost~ Ah, one day maybe.

Actually, looking up info on the show, it looks like Takeru's dad actually DOES do that. Along with a good chunk of other characters using a bunch of the luminaries. Which is, again, par for the course for these stage shows. Now if somebody would put up the raw somewhere so we could see it happen at all, that'd be grand...
