Here are the rules of the group! If you disobey these rules in any way, you will be given one warning. If you keep breaking the rules after that warning has been placed, you will be banned. (However, there are some cases where you will be banned on the spot, but that depends on the situation.)

Group Rules

1. Be nice! Respect all members and admins of the group.
2. Only submit HoloCoffee pony content. Anything else will be removed.
3. Submit to the right folders.
4. If you are unsure about which folder to submit to, please do not be afraid to ask the admins! We will gladly help you.
5. If you see someone making a HoloCoffee pony without permission, please confront an admin. Do not engage with them or harass them.
6. Do not harass others, including the admins!
7. ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM!

Adoption Rules

1. You must be a member of HoloCoffee-Ponies to own or adopt a HoloCoffee. This goes for reselling, trading, and gifting a character, as well!
2. You may not buy a HoloCoffee, unless you've been on the site for at least a month. This is to help guard against blacklist evaders or scammers. If you are moving to a new account, please link your old one, so that you are not affected by this rule.
3. You must credit the designer of the adopt.
4. You must credit the species to Angel-Coffee and mckeekee
5. Always inform the masterlist, if there is a new owner of your HoloCoffee, or if your approved HoloCoffee needs to be posted on the masterlist.

Submission Rules

1. Your submission must be HoloCoffee pony related; submissions that have nothing to do with the species will be removed. If you keep submitting things that are not related to the species, you will be banned.
2. Keep it SFW. We have members of all ages in this group and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
3. No submitting designs that are not on the masterlist. If you have a MYO and have gotten it approved, please go to the MYO masterlist. Link there to get yourself a number before submitting! fav.me/db6q70d

Resale Rules

1. You are allowed to resell a HoloCoffee, but only for the price it was bought for. UNLESS, you've commissioned art of the character.
* If you have commissioned art of your character you may add the original price + amount spent on commissions when re-selling the character.
* Please note the group about this before you do so. You must show us the art commissioned, tell us the price you bought it for, and then the amount you are looking for. If you don't, you can only sell for what you paid for.
* Please make sure you ask the original artists of the commissions if they are okay with you adding value to a character with the art they created. Just because we've giving the okay, doesn't mean they have!
2. Once a HoloCoffee is traded, it cannot be resold.
3. MYO slots may be re-sold for the original price it was bought for. No more, no less.

Trading Rules

1. You are allowed to gift, trade, and co-own your HoloCoffee, but refer back to the adoption and the co-ownership rules.
2. MYO slots may be traded, but you must register the original MYO on the MYO masterlist and comment again when it's been traded and to whom it was traded to.
3. Once a HoloCoffee has been traded, it cannot be resold and no form of currency may be given in exchange for the HoloCoffee.

Co-Ownership

1. The maxium amount of co-owners on one HoloCoffee is 3. Any amount over 3 will not be accepted. Alternate accounts do not apply to this rule as it is still the same person who owns the HoloCoffee.
2. If the HoloCoffee is ever traded or sold, all official owners of the HoloCoffee must agree to the trade or sale.
3. If a co-ownership is dropped, CafeSpecialties must be informed by that member that they are dropping their ownership. The best way to do this is by replying to your Holo's masterlist entry, under "Ownership Changes"
