White

Another old photo, this was taken in spring 2014.
This dorky wolf has one of the most interesting colouration I've seen in european wolves. His fur is so light and pale. It reminds me of faded grey timber wolves - but european wolves usually do not look like that. They come mostly in more or less saturated brown or tan colours. But who knows what's in this guy's heritage, you never know with captive wolves. Fittingly enough, his name is simply White.
Also a fun fact: unlike most timber wolves the coat of a european wolf barely loses any pigmentation with age.
