Rokku is the main character of Mega Man Neo (metalsonic30.deviantart.com/ga…)
Rocky Akihiro (commonly known as just "Rokku") is a 13-year old human. He was found as an infant by Ica and Ryder during their High School days in Tokyo, Japan. Ica and Ryder eventually got married after High School and decided to move to the Enstratos Region in Europe and take care of their new adopted son.
Rokku has been adopted into a large family and most of the family members, including his own parents, are breaking the global equality law: "Humans must have robotic bodies." For a century, the family have been hiding their identities as pure humans using fake machinery that they just place on them rather than integrate them inside them. Rokku uses fake Reploid ears to fool others.

Rokku is a very young teenager who always tries to be happy. His parents were adventurers during their school days. As part of the large family, Rokku knows about ancient wars such as the Maverick Wars, the Elf Wars, and the Neo Arcadia Wars. His ancestors Rafale and Brise (two characters from Mega Man Zero 4), along with other ancestors went through these wars and it's the reason why Rokku knows about them.

Like his parents and other family members, Rokku detests the equality laws regarding humans, but he does prefer the Reploid side of the law. Someday, he wishes to change the law so that humans don't have to be forced to change their bodies.

Since his parents are adventurers, Rokku decided that he should go on his own adventures too. Of course, Rokku eventually meets and befriends the ancient robot, Rock Light/Mega Man.

Rokku is very smart, being able to understand the structure of the Reploid and some of the material used for a Reploid. However, Rokku has been home-schooled for years since Ica and Ryder fear that he might've gotten killed by Mavericks (in fact, Ica didn't initially approve of Rokku going on his adventure, but eventually gave in due to her son's spirit). This means that Rokku doesn't understand a lot of social trends and/or phrases. Worst of all, he doesn't understand romance or love or anything... "adult" related. Because of this, he can be naive and oblivious. Despite that, he's a boy with a strong sense of justice and kindness within his heart who believes that life can be precious.

Since he became Mega Man Neo, he's been a little scared to fight, but he grows out of that fear and actually has fun fighting... Maybe too much fun.
