Plotties are a closed species. By joining, you agree and understand that you have to abide by the rules set by the creator and the moderators. HANIICU and the Plottie-Greenhouse team reserve the right to deny access and/or service to anyone they consider suspicious or a threat. You're not allowed to make your own character unless you own a MYO Slot or you're participating in a MYO Event. Plotties are for personal use only. For commercial use please contact HANIICU.TOYHOU.SE CREDITS:
- Toyhou.se users must transfer creator rights to HANIICU for all Plotties, Hojitas or Powoos regardless if they are official, guest or MYOs.
- For Guest Adoptables, designer rights must be given to the guest designer.
- For MYOs, designer rights can be transfered to the person who designed the Plottie.
Back to Index PAID characters:
You can resell, gift or trade them but you must notify the transfer in the masterlist post. This includes mystery adoptables as well as bought MYOs. All sales are final. Buybacks are considered but not guaranteed.
You may not resell any character that you received in a trade, as a gift or as a prize under any circumstances. Back to Indexfree characters:

All character transfers must be notified to the masterlist and confirmed by the new owner. All item transfers must be notified through the TRANSFERS CENTER. When transferring a character, you must make it clear that it belongs to a closed species. Linking back to Plottie-Greenhouse when transferring a character is encouraged and greatly appreciated. All characters have a 1-month cooldown period for transfers. Back to Indexmyo slots:
Slots can be traded or gifted but the transfer must be notified in the TRANSFERS CENTER. Slots can be bought for someone else but you must specify in your order form who the slot is for so we can add it to their inventory. MYO Slots can't be resold under any cirscumstance. This includes Epic Bundles. Back to IndexCHARACTER VOIDS:
Official and Guest Characters can't be voided unless the admins deem it necessary. No refunds will be issued upon character voidance. Voided characters can't be advertised as the closed species in the case of a resale. MYO Characters (bought or free) can be voided on the owner's request by noting the group with their ID number and a brief explanation. Voided characters will remain on the masterlist for record purposes but clearly marked as "Voided". Voids are irreversible. - What does "voiding a character" mean?
When we void a character it means it will be stripped of its species status and Plottie traits. The character will be removed from the census and all of its records (except its masterlist post) will be removed from the group. The voided character will no longer be bound by the species regulations or the rules of the world it used to inhabit while being a part of the species.
Voiding a character should only be requested if you are set on entirely unlinking it from the species and only if you're 100% sure about it. A voided character can't be restored.
- Removing Plottie traits:
When you request a character to be voided you will be asked to remove its Plottie traits if you intend to repurpose it. The minimum requirements for voiding are:
1. Remove the Plottie Leaf Mark.
2. Remove Plottie sub-species pupils.
3. Remove the tints (or transform them into something else).
Depending on your plans for the character, other changes such as removing the blooms or changing them into accessories, removing traits pertaining leaves/roots and/or removing special-edition traits is possible but not necessarily mandatory. HANIICU reserves the right to request that you remove a certain trait in order to officially invalidate the character.

If you're in a situation in which you no longer want a character and reselling, trading or gifting are not an option you can officially donate the character to Plottie-Greenhouse. Specific terms and agreements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis but here are some pointers:
When you donate a character you are willingly giving up your ownership and rights over it.
Once a character is donated, Plottie-Greenhouse has the right to decide what to do with it.
Actions taken with donated characters can range from gifting/raffling it away to completely redesigning it and selling it to cover group expenses.

Back to Indexchanges to your CHARACTER:
Changes need to be approved at the Edits & Upgrades Center. You can make as many outfits as you want for your Plottie and change their clothes as often as you want. When reselling a character that has undergone edits, the new owner can choose to revert to the original version free of charge. Upgrades can't be applied unless you have the necessary traits in stock in your inventory. Back to IndexCHARACTER USE:
Plottieverse characters are for personal use only. Owners are allowed to make alternative looks or AUs for their characters but these versions will not be applied or considered canon in this group. Owners are allowed to include Plotties in other stories or link them to off-species characters as long as it's for personal use. Owning a Plottieverse character does not obligate owners to participate in this group's activities. As an owner, you are not obligated to make your Plottie live inside the world/lore this group focuses on. Back to IndexITEMS
