The character is the protagonist of her story "Steampunk rebellion" which is clearly set in a steampunk world. She's an inventor and a rebel, so quite the interesting character.

It's really fun to design steampunk outfits, I think. You can put a lot of frills and pretty things, but also keep an eye on technology and practical uses.

In particular, I thought she would have an advanced monocle (like those of jewelliers, kind of) on a strap, that she could use when she's working on inventions and small things. Of the penchants, the golden one could be a clock or photo frame, and is slightly crashed on one side. I also gave her shoulder-lenght hair, but that she'd keep out of her way with a pin behind the head. The decoration on the boots should remind of interlocking moebius rings.
And... that's all?
