Motaro

April 2017 Daily Sculpts, Day 17. Though I'm uploading on the morning of the 18th, 'cause I'm so behind schedule, but well... whatcha gonna do?  This is my 3D sculpture of "Mortal Kombat 3"s centaurian sub-boss Motaro. As usual, I made it in Sculptris 🡪 Zbrush 🡪 Keyshot 🡪 Photoshop.

Update: I didn't like the angle, lighting and materials I had used in the original render. Also, he looked like some other character. I had made his hair too long and his face too human. I now fixed it and I think he looks much better and a lot more like himself. I made this "before and after" comparison just to keep record of this stuff. Normally I wouldn't have tried to fix this and I would have just moved on with the Daily thing, but my Mortal Kombat fanart is a sort of an ongoing series on its own right and I just wanted for this one to be good
