Stacy's Wolfy Date

Friday night arrived sooner that Stacy expected, but then again he did ask her out on a Wednesday after all. Stacy took a deep breath as she awaited by the door, her heart has slight sped up as she strokes her belly to calm her kicking little ones. She wears a green dress that hugged her bountiful motherly curves, applied a touch of makeup and lipstick and made sure she really prettied up her hair and fur to make it look like it shines under the moonlight. And sure enough her front door knocks, she peered through the peephole and smiled seeing the wolf at her doorstep. She eagerly opens the door to greet the gussied up wolf. 

"Ed~" She smiled as a light blush as her large puffy tail wags slightly.

"Stacy" he smiled with an intense blush as he gazed upon the skunkette, gazing deeply into her emerald eyes as they glimmer in the moonlight. "W-whoa...Stacy you look...just.....whoa" He was at a loss for words at the pregnant skunkette's beauty. 

"At a lost for words sugar~?" She playfully smirked as she placed her hands on her hips, slightly flaunting her curves which earned a nod from Ed. 

"I uh...brought some gifts" He then presented a lovely bouquet of roses and a box of chocolates. "Yeah I know it's super cliche with the flowers and box of chocolates, but I didn't know what else to give you" 

"Aww thank you~" Stacy smiled as she received said gifts as she felts a few kicks from her little ones making her clutch her belly. . "Oh! They're saying hi~" She motioned Ed to feel as he comes inside, as he does so she giggles seeing his fur getting puffy again. He always does this everytime she lets him rub her large belly. 

"Hey there little guys and gals. Hope you're all growing nice and strong in your beautiful mother~" He gently talked to her belly ashe leaned down, now it was Stacy's fur that was getting fluffy as she blushed. "So...ready to eat?" He asked looking up to her. 

"Of course, Howard made some mean medium cooked steak, just how you like it~" Stacy smiled as she leads him to the dining room. Once there he is greeted by a candle lit dinner, steaming steak are on the platters while a bottle of nonalcoholic sparkling apple cider (to make sure the babies in her womb stay healthy) is on the table for them to drink. 

"Whoa! Stacy you shouldn't have~!" Ed looked in awe at the rather fancy assortment. 

"Well I may have went a bit overboard....it has been a long while since my last date" She looks down slightly to her belly setting the gifts aside, she sighed remembering the true father of her babies but quickly shakes it off. "but enough about that, let's eat~" 

"Likewise" Ed nodded, "Here let me get that for you" He goes on ahead to Stacy's seat pulling back the seat for her before helping her gently sit down on said seat by holding her hand for support. "Easy now"

"Aww thank you sugar" She smiled before planting a light kiss onto his cheek, making his blush a crimson red. 

"Y-you're welcome" He stammered, stunned from the kiss before going to his seat from across the table. They soon poured two glasses of the apple cider. "Well...cheers to our date~" He smiled raising his glass. 

"Cheers~" Stacy did the same as they raised a toast to their date. The next hour or they eagerly ate they food as they make small talk such as how was their day, updates on their lives, and of course how was Stacy's pregnancy doing seeing as how she was getting close to the end of her pregnancy. Nevertheless, they enjoyed each others company greatly as they talked about their careers, Stacy loved it when she see's the wolf's eyes light up whenever he talked about geology and rocks and Ed loved it when he sees Stacy so happy where she is with Doris, Howard and pretty much all of Bushville's kindness when they first took her in when she was just a drifter. 

"Oh would you look at the time?" Stacy yawned as her clock chimed 9PM. She stretches her arms out and pats her belly. "Just about bedtime." 

"Huh Time really flew huh?" Ed asked as he carefully helps Stacy up from her seat.

"You need a cab or anything Ed?" She asked softly as she gazes into his soft brown eyes. 

"Nah, I can easily walk my way home. No biggie" He grinned as the streak of crimson returns as Stacy's eyes fluttered a bit. 

"I had a really great time with you Ed, I hope we can do this again soon~" She smiled. 

"If you want to, we can have another date. Maybe catch a movie or a show?" He blushed scratching the back of his head, but he's suddenly puffed up upon feeling the lips of the skunkette meeting his own lips. 

"It's a date~" She giggled as the air between them was filled with growing love. "So, see you tomorrow for breakfast~?

"O-okay" He blushed as his triple tails eagerly wagged, his body still reeling from the kiss. With both of their hearts racing possibly filled with love, he and Stacy then went on their separate ways with Ed returning home to his own apartment and Stacy herself heading to bed, after changing out of her emerald dress, to get plenty of rest for work the next day. As they finally rest in their respective bed in their homes, perhaps this is the start of a wonderful loving relationship.
