Geist

The second Lieutenant for Scarecrow, she focuses Crane's followers to him.

Geist grew up in a suburb outside of Metropolis, and moved to Gotham to "find herself" after high school. Needless to say, her plans didn't align with her parents, and after a falling out, she found herself in the Cult of Scarecrow.

It was there that her true self emerged. Under the hallucinogenic properties of the fear toxin, Geist's theatrical side comes alive and she can make followers see anything she wants.
