[ Basics ]

How do you get a Tocatl?
- Via Auctions/Otas/Raffles/Set Price Sales

How much do custom Tocatl cost?
- The price varies on traits and complexity (wip)

How much do MYO Tocatl cost?
- (wip)

Can I make my own for free?
- No, you may not.
Tocatl are a CLOSED Species, meaning you need
to obtain one via sales, otas, auctions etc. or through raffles.

Payment Method?
Paypal USD/EUR or (via pay widgets)

[ Owning a Tocatl ]

- You will be granted the full ownership over a design once you have completed the payment / trade.
- Designs that have not been completely paid for yet, can NOT be sold, traded or gifted away.
- You are not allowed to use any Tocatl/Catlraptor/Jollecatl design for commercially use ,
making merchandise for your personal use is fine though.
- Tocatl can only be officially owned by one person. We do not allow Co-Ownership.

[ Voiding / Redesigning / Species Change]

Changing the Species / Voiding a Tocatl design
- Official - Thalliumfire made Tocatl - can not be changed into another species - thus voiding the "Tocatl"
- MYOs can be changed into another species - thus voiding the "Tocatl", with proper permission by the original artist.
- Minor design changes (small marking fixes, small colour changes, change of eye colour) are okay,
but need to be approved by Thalliumfire before posting them officially.
- No major design changes please.

[MYOS]

- MYO Designs need to be approved before they can be publicly posted.
- Traitwise you have to stay within the rarity tier of your purchased MYO Slot
- MYOs can not be based on copyrighted/franchised characters or existing ones.

[ Trading Info ]

- When trading, reselling or even gifting your Tocatl, please update on the masterlist.
This also goes for Catlraptors and Jollecatls.
- You need to wait at least two weeks before trading a Tocatl you just got.
We do this to reduce trade fodder behaivor. This does NOT count for swaps!
Swapping you can do anytime!
- You may not trade a Tocatl you got through trade for merchandise/vouchers etc.,
we see this as a form of indirect reselling since you are asking someone
to buy you something in return for the Tocatl that you didn't pay for originally.

[ Resell Info ]

- You my only resell your Tocatl for the same price you paid yourself. Not for higher, unless you
purchased artwork of it. This does not include free, trade or self made artwork.
If you however have a lot of self made artwork of reasonable quality, a price on top can be discussed.
- You may NOT resell a Tocatl you obtained via trade. You didn't pay for it, so you may not sell it
or ask for merchandise/vouchers etc. in return.

[ Blacklisting / Banning ]

- A person that has been blacklisted is not allowed to obtain or own any Tocatl and is banned from all the community activities
- A blacklist does not automatically involve a revoke of owned designs. Depending on the situation the following options are available:
* A blacklisted user will be refunded for the designs they owe.
* A blacklisted user will get to keep their designs - but they will be voided as Tocatl, stripped of the species name,
and thus need to be changed into another species.
* A blacklisted user will get their designs revoked (if they were GIFTED or RAFFLED), and ONLY IF they have proven to be a constant danger to the community itself
due to serious scamming behavior. We do NOT revoke paid/traded designs!
- We do not tolerate scamming or art theft, you will be banned if you do so.
- We do not tolerate harrassement of users, begging or guilt tripping others in any way either.

[ CS Revolters / Trolls etc.]

- Do not White Knight on behalf of the species owner, moderators or community.
If a situation arises that needs to be handled, please personally message Thalliumfire or ll-Vitiatus-ll
via note. Do NOT take it upon yourself to message the offending person.
- Do not harass and whiteknight CS revolters please, just ignore them. We are better than that.
