Our first show, however, will be an ALL breed for the purpose of
showcasing this wonderful breed. ALL Lapsequines entered, will receive a +1 XP bonus,
and winning Lapsequines will receive a +2 in XP.
Please pay special attention to our registry and the breed, and spread the word,
if not going home with your very own Lap. Or Laps.
August's theme
Pillow fight!!!
That's right. Bring your pillows, wear your jammies, buy an extra plane ticket for your teddy bear. (Admit it, you still sleep with one )
There's accommodations at Song Wolf Farm's castle and cabins and temporary stalls have been put up. (Sorry, we're out of room in our other barns, we're even having to do pasture board way too much!)
Weather's been great! Mid 70s to high 80s with clear skies
which is just perfect so our pillows don't get wet!
Wet pillows are not so good for sleeping.
You may end up dreaming about rain.
2. Credit your references
3. Only registered Laps may enter. (To register a Lap. join the registry,

4. No need to pre-register. Show ends the last day of the month, at midnight CST.
5. Youth riders are welcome!! Any age, as long as they can handle their Laps!
6. No need for a vet check. But if you'd like to do an extra image for the pillow fight at the end, by all means do!
What if you don't have a Lapsequine and want to enter this show?
Good question! 'Hop' on over to the registry and adopt one.
Many are looking for homes, and more will pop up from
time to time.
My dad will judge. Since he's A) Not in harpg and B) Objective and way cool.
Since so few people own Lapsequines, there are no age classes.
It's just come as you are.
This show lasts a few days, so we're not scurrying to get things done! So relax, take a breather, hug your teddy.
Hug my teddy even, he likes hugs. His name is Barnaby. He has a hat.
Day 1 is full of fun with registration, seeing old friends, and getting used to the showgrounds.
Day two is all about you! English classes during the day, races at night.
Day three is yippy! With all the western events, and a pillow fight at night.
The drive up to the property is lined by tall willow trees on either side.
It leads to a round cobblestone road, where a small park lay in the middle.
It ends at the castle. The castle sits on a high hill, and a road leads down
to the farm property from either side. One road leads to the barns and pastures
while another leads to staff and guest quarters. That road veers off into the
mountains that then lead to the old farm next door. The show will be held
up in the flower fields by the mountains, which are farther back behind all
the pastures and barns. Any questions, just ask.

Bad timing, but...
So, here's the story... I was doing fairly financially well, up until Sept. 26th when I lost my job. Why did this happen? This is how. My van doesn't run. It needs a new alternator, and that's $175+tax which I just can't let go of right now. So II relied on Lyft/Uber to get me to work and home. Getting home was no problem, but getting to work was. They were very unreliable and sometimes weren't even available, or got me there late. So, lots of occurrences = loss of job. I was working with a used car dealership in getting something newer, and they told me not to worry about repairing my van, they'd take it as is in trade. Now, no job, no newer vehicle, no repaired old vehicle. I'm lucky, if I can even cover rent on Dec 1st. (roughly $700) Coming up, there's car insurance ($ 77 which is funny, since I haven't driven it for 6+ months), utilities ($92), then rent. That means, I can't afford cat food or kitty litter. Now, I can get my old job back on Dec. 26th, but that means I have to
American Paint foal sale
Song Wolf Farm Youngstock Sale It’s time to free up stall space and give mommas breaks. Most of the foals you’ll see here are American Paints and ALL fillies being offered, will sell with one free breeding to any Paint stallion at SWF (minus her sire.) Considering this didn't go well as an auction, now it's a flat sale of $1 each or 100 pts. All foals listed, were foaled in 2014. (My stable is currently in 2013 storyline-wise) Each foal is available via auction, and payment is through PayPal so that I can get maternity pants! Shire Yearling Sale!
Paradigm farm is now ready to find homes for their Shire yearlings. As they find homes, more will be added from time to time as they're assessed. So come on down and bring home your very own horsey floof. Sales are via private treaty, so make your own offers. Designs are from a greyscale, which was hand sketched, then done via Photoshop and HUION tablet. Mixed Feelings
It's been a rough year for the entire world. But let's put that all aside for the moment. Many of my followers know about what happened in my life, starting with my dad having a series of mini strokes last year and how everything started falling apart. Well, because of that I haven't been active in harpg/darpg. I've wanted to. I've even tried. But where I live at the moment, there's no heat and I'd rather just curl up under my heated blanket, then crawl out of it to do artwork with my back hunched over, because the only place I've got to do anything, is my bed. The only time my back doesn't hurt, is when I'm driving because then, my back is straight. I put a lot of effort into the Lapsequine breed. I've marketed as hard as I thought I could. I get a lot of "they're cute, I want one," and then they never get one. There are some out there who don't even do anything with their Lapsequines, some even not registered. This breed means so much to me, it hurts to say this. I'm on the verge
