 Monday: VOLDEMORT by

This design of Voldemort has many features from the films' design, yet still it's a different take on the dark lord. The lighting and shading on the skin is truely impressive, it looks very realistic. I also love the rain drops and the background. They really set a nice eerie atmosphere.

Tuesday: T. Riddle - Sonic - Take up my Challenge by

No Voldemort fanart uploaded on Tuesday, so I'll show you a crossover that I found a long time ago and remembered when Voldemort was picked for this week's character. Unfortunately, it still hasn't got as much attention as I think it deserves.

I don't know the song that inspired this, but I imagine Sonic saying the lyrics as it would fit his character. Speaking of character, the expressions really reflect young Tom and Sonic very well. Sonic is the cocky blue bastard we all know and love and Tom is looking at him in his typical arrogant manner. The lighting and shading is simple but I think it was a very good idea of the artist to place the light on the characters' faces.

 Wednesday:  Voldemort by

Another excellent take on Voldemort. Even more original than the Monday one I have to say. Awesome colour choice as well, I love those green and purple shades!

Thursday: Raid in the Muggle world by

As said in a previous feature, I make exceptions with Cosplay photos when either the Cosplay was done by the artist themselves or the photo shows quality, the latter being the case here. I've seen a lot of photos where the Cosplayers were posing for the photographer but still the quality is poor, with the background being too distracting and little to no thought put to composition when there was actually time for this. I'm sure these Cosplayers here didn't stop their procession for the photographer, so they had to capture the moment. Still the background isn't distracting and the composition really makes it look like a raid with Voldemort being in the center. I might add I also love the walking pose and expression Bellatrix was captured in. So in character!

 Friday: The Dark Lord by

Voldemort smiling?!! It must be a trap!! I can swear he's up to no good! (Ehehe, get the reference?) Joke aside, this is another nice take on Voldemort. The artist was very thoughtful by giving his eyes glowing irises and black sclera and removing his ears to make him look even more snake-like than the film version.

 Saturday: Tom Riddle by

Where are you Voldemort fanartists at the weekend? Well then, let me show you this art work:

This illustration shows Voldemort's life very well. The pointy lines look very good on him and the red eyes make him look threatening as he's supposed to be. The composition is very well done and so is the colour choice. I love the green shades in the Wednesday picture and same goes to this one! Green generally is a colour that suits Voldemort, looking poisonous and all that. The grey and black shades go great with it.

*copy and paste what I said for Saturday here* Without further addo, this is the last Voldemort fanart I'm showing you this week:

I can see this happening after Tom Riddle learned what Horcruxes are. Guess he's just created his first Horcrux and smiles happily at the thought that he just prolonged his life. But no matter how you define this scene, the fact that he is all covered in blood but still smiling accurately shows the psychopath he is. Overall, the picture looks pretty calm, so it was an excellent idea of the artist to add black at the bottom to add more gloominess.

Mischief managed! (I couldn't resist XD)

Next week's character is Itchy from The Simpsons!
