Biography/History: Novelia is an only child of two loving parents. She was born blind, so it's something that never really 'held her back'. Though her father works out of town most of them, having to travel back to Russia a lot. Novelia was mainly raised by her mother, who she was very close to. Novelia was about average in school, nothing to special. She continued to enjoy music, and began to learn more and more instruments. Her room is always filled with many kinds of instruments. She specially loves the softer ones. Her life wasn't seen with much excitement at first. She'd play her music or sing for family and friends. Specially during ceremonies and special events.
Around the time of her 20th birthday, her mother passed away. This was a hard hit to her, as her father was out of town, as usual, and her mother was 'her world'. Losing her took a lot out of Novelia, and it took her a few years to be able to get back on track with her life. She now lives alone in a smaller house. Caring for her dogs and playing her music. She also does lessons to make some money, though she mainly helps out at a near-by 'mom and pop' kind of store. One day though, she'd love to play for millions on stage. ~ Will add more/fix this up later.

Attack 1:
Spectral Sight
This is a passive ability. This allows her to see in senshi form. She sees in the since of white lines or 'stars'. Outlines and such. She doesn't have to actually say anything for this be 'activate'.

Attack 2:
Arctic Blast
A rather large and bright blast comes from Gyrfalcon, usually her hand(s). A summons down large chunks of icicles into the area of her target. Usually about in a 15-20 feet radius around her target, the icicles would crash into the ground. Once hitting the ground the icicles freeze the area around them, about 3-6 feet around them.

Power Weakness
Arctic Blast can be effected by fire. Fire negated her ice abilities by melting them all away. If the place if rather warm and dry, she may have a harder time using her attacks, or they may end up being much weaker.
