Outside Advantages Over LEGO

Description

I've been getting a lot of imitation :iconlegoplz: sets from AliExpress.com, and I have to admit whilst some of the pieces aren't always shipped in the toys they imitate (sometimes the print on the head or torso is squiffy and some pieces look as if they've been half-melted or broken and attempted to have their edges smoothed by melting them before packing them into the polybags and sealing them)

However, there are some cases where the LeLe sets have bested the actual :iconlegoplz: ones, as you can see from the following;
  1. A Minifigure Display plate, with a turntable in the centre.
  2. Flexible Short Minifigure Legs as you can see on this Flinx Minifig (an idea that was originally on LEGO CUUSSO a while back)
  3. Double-studded 1x1 plates (now, that could be something very useful with :iconlegoplz: itself - I plan to use these to make a Raven-shaped target)
  4. Larger Wings for Minifigs (which makes the Legends of Chima Eagle & Raven Minifigs look more like their cartoon series edition) Shame these don't come in any other colours aside from white yet. I bet these would also be splendid for Hawkman/Hawkgirl or angel-type minifigures too...
  5. A 2x2 Slope 45 with 2/3 Cutout (Another useful piece I don't think :iconlegoplz: has yet made)
I only hope that :iconlegoplz: will be able to get wind of these parts and start manufacturing them themselves - and in a wide variety of colours too.

We can only hope....

I can see your point with the larger wing pieces, god knows I've wanted to create a more accurate version of Eris. (And who knows, maybe make a Lego version of Castiel from Supernatural, provided these wings come in black.) And I do like the flexible short legs as well. It's always bothered me somewhat that Lego Minifigures with shorter legs couldn't move as much as their larger cousins.
