Hello, again Rizzo, as always, wonderful work! I definitely see another wonderful series coming along here. I see a few ways this could go, for both the woman in the casts and the woman coming off the elevator...
1) The woman in the cast could possibly trip or lose her balance because of that high heel she is wearing and due to the fact that she is only able to use only one crutch, which, from what I've seen, never ends well for the character.
2) It appears to me that the woman in the background, who is coming off the elevator, looks like she is about to trip which and possibly fall onto the luggage cart (or whatever it's called) pushing it into the woman who is already in two casts, landing both the women hospitalized and immobile in either big casts or several casts.

I kinda like my second idea better, but I don't know if you've started working on the continuation of this piece but I know that whatever you decide it will be amazing, and very painful. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>
