Unfortunately, judges couldn't ignore the fact of adding Pika as an extra Pokémon which wasn't even in the list given. Pikachu being "the mascot" is not an excuse, is a Pokémon species as any other. Also, it has exactly the same weight of importance than Elekid so as rules stated: - You can draw as many pokes as you want in your entry as long as they are of the same species or same family.
