As you enter the crafting shop, Farina is reorganizing some of her dye bottles, although she quickly turns to look at you. "What do you need today?" She asks, and it takes only a moment to communicate. "Of course, I'm happy to help with dyes!"
She goes to grab some supplies. "What we need to do depends on if we're making a new dye or mixing dyes. If you're mixing dyes, you can stop by Ayana's if you're in need of something. If we're making one, you might need to look around, but I'm sure you can find what you need."

You may need to either buy them, gather them, or maybe even craft them themselves, depending on the item. After you have all the materials, you need to help Farina make the item, either making the dye or mixing the dyes, depending on what you're making.
