THE HUNT CLUB
Horses are awarded points based on images and literature drawn on them. These points serve as overall rankings for horses. A separate system of "show points" is used to rank horses based on their show experience. These serve for end of year awards in the group. Members should list all art/lit done of a horse either on their profile or in a separate journal, with point totals listed. This makes it easy for admins to confirm points.
To move a horse from green to regular please note the group with a link to the shows & entries.

The Leaderboard
The leaderboard is strictly based on a horse's showing record and uses a slightly different system. In order to register your horse for the leaderboard you need have listed the number of firsts, seconds, and thirds on their point record. Then tally the number of "show points" they have received.1st - 20 show points
2nd - 15 show points
3 - 10 show points
4 - 5 show points
No place/5+ - 1 show point
Special Titles (Judge's Choice, etc.) - +5 show points
* Please only count placings based on your horses current show level. For example, if your horse is currently showing in Performance Hunters do not use placings from a lower level like Green Hunters. However, if a horse cross enters into another class such as Junior Hunters while not showing above the restricted height, those placings may count. Mini Shows do not count towards the leaderboard.

HC Mini-Show
THE HUNT CLUB
The Hunt Club mini-show is a great way for your horse to gain instant showing experience. Instead of waiting for the show to be full to run, each horse will be judged randomly against 10 ghost entries.
In order to advance from entering green level, all horses need to have entered 4 shows. Mini-Shows count as 1/2 of a show towards advancing from green. This means you need to enter 8 mini-shows to advance from green level, but you can also mix and match. For example, 2 mini shows and 3 regular shows.

Divisions Explained
THE HUNT CLUB
this journal covers: terminology, hunter & equitation classes
Before you enter shows you need to decide on a division for your horse. For the purpose of the group horses cannot compete above the fence height they have been placed into, but may compete in classes with an equivalent height or are below the height.
How do I pick a division for my horse?
Horses may choose as many divisions as they would like, only if they fit the requirements for them. All horses start out in green classes within the group, however. Once they have completed 4 full hunter shows , they may preform at regular levels. Please note the group to mov
