Hmm...I have a full load of classes coming up in the fall semester plus I have work. I know! I'll join another group on DA. XD I regret nothing!

Well, I've decided to bring Westly in once more and he's definitely changed over the years he was gone. Let's hope I'll actually get to his story before I flake out on it like I did last time.

Name: Western 'Westly' Brentyn-Parson

Age: 24

Gender/Pronouns: Male & He/Him

Personality: He's rather shy around most people, trying (and mostly failing) not to draw attention to himself. While he'll mostly stay in the background and not speak, he does try to be friendly and avoid shying away. Underneath, he's a warm, caring compassionate person, and he tries to keep a cool head under stressful circumstances. He's a lot more confident compared to before and he'll just try to shrug off the more negative attention. Although deep down, he has trouble forgiving people and that can include himself.

Bio: He was born in Canalave City, but he grew up in Twinleaf Town with his aunt. His parents weren't around in his life, but part of him hopes that he can meet them one day. Growing up, he had a hard life that eventually built up to him being burned, literally, and stuck in the hospital shortly after he turned 10. This left him rather bitter through the years and unwilling to approach anyone outside his family for years. Soon he was released and stayed in Twinleaf for a few more years. When he was about 16, he saved a pair of Eevee from a flock of angry Starly, and nursed them back to health. This ended up being his first step to opening up to others.

He traveled around Sinnoh and softened up over the years before he traveled to the Ohana Islands. Despite the insanity there, he met so many people there that helped to push him towards opening up even more and becoming more confident. He met his best friends, Aramis James and Mariah Stafford and his future wife, Lee Parson, along with many other friends. While he won't talk about the more crazy things that happened there, he's glad that he went. After he left the island, he went traveling his with Lee, and well... let's just say that he did something stupid to gain those wings. He's rather tight lipped about the origins of his wings.

Relationships:

Lee Parson – His wife who's currently in Kalos too as she's partaking in the badge journey. They had met on the Ohana Islands during the last tournament and ended growing very close together. They've had extensive talks about starting a family together.

Lucina Vitorina – His aunt and his mother's sister. She was the one to raise him like a mother and tried to give him a happy childhood at home. Despite needing a cane to walk, she is still fierce. Her short fuse can send her flying off the rails and she would do anything to help protect her nephew.

Aramis James – His best friend (and his first human friend), they had met on the island and shared a container house together (with rather mixed results). They had stuck together through thick and thin, but while Aramis was off doing his job and Westly was traveling, he's made sure to have time for him and to give him a call or to visit.

Mariah Stafford – His second best friend and one that he doesn't see as often. They still keep in touch, but he hasn't been able to see her as much.

-He was traded to Westly as a Budew from Mariah. He's always been stern, silent, and stood tall among the toughest Pokemon. He's maintained his soft heart and he's always looked up to Samson (Mariah's Heracross and bodyguard) and tried his best to take after his role model. He'll go above and beyond to protect the Pokemon around him and his trainers. He has trouble expressing himself and his temper flares up a lot more than he would like to admit.

-She's such a shy and lonely little Pokemon. She's spent most of her years dodging trainers until she followed Westly back to his hotel in Alola after he fed her some poffins. She felt a kinship and continued to stick around. While she loves to be rough and battle, she'll crumple in social situations. Luckily Colossus has taken on the role of being her bodyguard. She's as sweet as honey once she gets over her shyness.

-He's one of two Westly's starter Pokemon and continued to stick with him through the years. His bluntness coupled with his pessimistic attitude tends to push a lot of others away, but he's extremely loyal and sweet under all that roughness. He's been trying to take small steps to not be as harsh. It hasn't always worked, but he's trying. Being around Treeky has mellowed him out a lot. He's also very good at reading a room and picking up subtle emotional changes in the others around him.

Hera the Slowking (Female)

-She's a surprisingly snappy and sassy Slowking. She refuses to put up with any nonsense and will get into scuffles and fights whether her trainer approves or not. She was one of the first Alolan Pokemon that Westly caught after she tripped him. She's the queen and she demands to be treated like one.

Dragon Pulse, Roost, Moonblast, Perish Song

-He always has his head in the clouds. He's laid back and rather just float along, sing, and stare into the darkness when a box is on his head than battle. But when he does battle, he's focused on it and is the little powerhouse. Too bad his focus doesn't stay there for long. He hatched by Lee Parson, Westly's wife, and traded to him for a Feebas.

-He's a rather strange one. He's constantly silent and just watches everything. When he's in battle, he's true to his name and ruthless. He was given to Westly by a scientist that seemed ready to do anything to get him. That last upgrade seemed to do something strange to him, but Westly can't seem to put his finger on it.
