This is another entry level Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level Contest, Neon Man by CreshMan 

Even if this one didn't rank high, I thought the Illussion gimmick was neat even if a little disorienting. I think this could have been ranked a few places higher, the other levels after it don't feel as inventive. Ahh well, can't wait to play the level myself.
