Description
A Zatch Bell! OC based on the Roman Goddess Juno and the Greek Goddess Hera, the Goddesses of Marriage, Women, and Childbirth. Juno was first mentioned in Chapter 19b of my Golden Gash!! Demon Revolution Army (remake) fan fiction but wasn't seen until the final chapter (Chapter 37a / TFK Chapter 15a) of Golden Gash!! Demon Revolution Army II - The Fallen King.
Juno in my fan fiction, is an archangel from the holy afterlife world known as Paradise of the Spirit World (an afterlife world I made up in the ZB! universe). She is the current Queen of Paradise, being the (third?!) wife of the current Paradise King Jupiter, the Sky God of Thunder and Lightning (based on the Roman/Greek Sky Gods of Thunder n' Lightning Jupiter and Zeus respectively). She is also the biological mother of the Mars, the God of War (based on the Roman/Greek Gods of War Mars and Ares respectively) in my fan fiction, and the stepmother of Mercury and Venus in my fanfic. Nothing much known about Juno in my fan fiction other than these as she was pretty much only mentioned but was never seen until I wrote the final chapter to my fan fiction remake's expansion.

I didn't feel like drawing anymore characters until now. Right now, I just wanted to get over with this character in my fan fiction and I worked on it yesterday and finished this afternoon. At first, I was going to go for a more chubby approach, like with Ops/Opis, but not as chubby, but I decided to make her look more average looking-but-royal. The design of her dress is based on the Juno astronomical symbols. With the design and coloring I gave Juno, she reminds me of some incarnations of Zelda from some of The Legend of Zelda games. I like that approach I did with her design. And I also gave her a mole on her right cheek.
Character base I used is 642 by Bases-Xs. While scrolling through the bases I faved, that one caught my attention. But I also thought about creating my own base in MakeHuman or DesignDoll and tried a slightly chubby design but I scrapped that and went with this character base instead and I'm very satisfied using this base to draw my character. As for the angel wings, believe it or not, I actually drew those on my own. I normally hate drawing angel/bird wings and I'm usually bad at that, but mostly using Paint.NET's line tool to draw lines and curves, the wings came out so good and with very little trial-and-error. I wonder, am I getting better at drawing (and I haven't been drawing in weeks) or did I managed to plan that out good? At first I was going to use a wing base but I don't want to repeat myself with the same wing design like I did for all of my other deities, so I tried drawing my own. I'm satisfied with my drawing.
Anyways, now that I've drawn all of my deities, I wonder if I should update this picture? Maybe another time, as a new picture (to prevent spoilers for future deities for the new readers of my fanfic).
