Medusa Sketch Fun

This was a neat experience.  I was just sketching around, then I thought of monsters.  That thought jumped to Medusa.  I started with a little thumbnail sketch, then rejected the pose and started another.  That one just took off!  It's by no means perfect, but the flow of the pose and the shading may be some of the best that I've ever done on the fly.  I just couldn't put the pencil down.  I know her proportions turned out to be a little reboobulous, but...magic?
