About:
Lion Mane's Jellyfish, is one of the largest jellyfish species in the world! It can also be called giant jellyfish or hair jelly. Its range is confined to cold, boreal
waters of the Arctic, northern Atlantic, and northern Pacific Oceans. They cannot cope with warm water and must live in the cold only! The largest specimen
found was recorded with a bell with a diameter of 2.3 metres (7 ft 6 in) and tentacles 37.0 m (121.4 ft) long. They are named after a lion's mane due to their
long tentacles resembling it. They come in all sorts of color. Larger jellies can range from bright red to dark purple, while smaller ones are typically to tan to orange.
They are also bio-luminescent, meaning it produces its own light, making it glow in dark waters!
Limecola Balthica, also known as Baltic clam is a type of small, saltwater clam that often lives near the northern sea. The shells are smooth, relatively flat, oval or
somewhat trigonal in shape, and less than 30 mm long. The shell color is polymorphic, varying between individuals and between localities. Often most specimens
are white, sometimes most are pink, purple, or even yellow and orange shells may occur. Color is best visible in worn-out dead shells and inside the shell.
Carambola, is also known as star fruit. Depending on where they are grown, they can be harvested during all seasons! Although it is generally considered as a tropical
fruit, they can still be harvested in the winter time around November to December or even as late as February. It's a great fruit to eat during the winters due to its high
amount of Vitamin C. It can help ward off winter colds and flu!
