Main Article: Sargasso, The Ever-Changing City
One of the things to keep note of while exploring The Sea is that you can find just about anything out there. Even islands made of places that shouldn't exist in a 3-dimensional space, but does so anyway. One of these islands is what can best be described as a child's drawing of a city looks like such as massive white slanted rectangles for buildings with smaller rectangles for windows and doors. The ones that inhabit this city are called The Rakugaki, a name given by the Japanese man that discovered them as he slipped into his native tongue by accident when describing the creatures that live in that city.
And Rakugaki, which is Japanese for "doodle", is a fitting name; since just about every living creature in Scribble City is effectively a living drawing that is as thin as paper, but they still move and function like they are under a different set of physics then our own. The massive variety of different Rakugaki is staggering as very few of them are similar to one another in terms of their design; Some are colored while others are just black & white, some looking like sea life, machines, animals and some even look like humans.
A thing to keep in mind about the Rakugaki is that many of them are very child-like and are fascinated by The Super Sargasso Sea since just about everything they see in it is so different to themselves and their city, collecting pieces of junk from The Sea for their respective collections.
From what the sailor that first found them was able to piece together from the locals, The Rakugaki come from a place called The Sheet, a realm that is just a white featureless expanse with landscapes like Scribble City drawn on it. They also have what they consider their protectors, as much of The Rakugaki are mostly peaceful so they and their city needed to be protected against any threats to their well-being. Some of the names that the sailor managed to hear are as listed: "Skullferno", "HO512", "The Knight of Lost Souls", "Cranium Hunter", "Gear Wall", "Burning Tempest", "Sky Cutter" & "Frozen Tundra" with the most powerful being "Gargalan, The Sky Fortress", "Nemesis, The God of Oblivion", "Desartes, The Sand Dragon" & "Fenris, The Wolf of Ragnarok" though these four are so powerful that they can only come to assist if the current threat is too great for the other protectors to handle.
After staying in Scribble City for about a day, the sailor had to be forced to leave by one of the protectors; a skeleton with flaming hair, massive purple shoulder pads, and a few golden bones on it's body. This creature was Skullferno, and it explains to the sailor that it and it's colleagues don't want him to stay around for much longer as the natives would get too attached to him. Also that he is to never tell anyone else about Scribble City as they know that their city's citizens would get taken advantaged of by outsiders that find them.
The sailor did return back to Sargasso after that warning, but the story was so crazy that he can't help but talk about it. Though three pairs of ears managed to catch the sailor's story, three young heroes who could've been considered Rakugaki if they never changed when first coming through the portal.

New Character Concept: Eros
New Character Concept: A version of The Greek God, Eros, that is closer to his original characterization as a Primordial God that even the other gods fear due to his power of manipulation, being the embodiment of both positive and negative aspects of Love and doesn't care if his manipulations cause so much pain and suffering to those on the receiving end of them. Kinda in the same vein as the Sargassian version of Dionysus as he is very powerful in his domain over Love. In his universe he is basically the reason why gods like Zeus and Poseidon can't keep it in their pants and bang as many random women as possible, why Apollo's love life is so catastrophically bad, why so many weird fetishes are a thing in modern times as Eros is also the god of sexual desires and so on. However the other gods do not dare to raise a hand against him for his manipulation since Eros can easily cause the god who challenges him to fall in love with something very detrimental to them.
Important Message
So I finally got a response to the whole copyright strike debacle and it's all fine now. And due to this, I would like to ask everyone who sees this. If I use a piece of Stock Art from Pixabay and it actually belongs to someone here on DA, here's my message to you: If I used a piece of Stock Art that actually belongs to you, please tell me instead of sending a Copyright Strike. Maybe also share a link that leads to your stock image. I will give you proper credit, or change the picture entirely if you ask me to. I'm not gonna get pissy about it if you'd just ask me. I'd rather not get a strike due to an honest mistake on my part.
New Offal Goddess
I don't know if you guys ever got the update since I can't find a "Notify Watchers" button anywhere, but I added a brand new goddess to my list of Offal Gods. Mahj Timeeater, The Devourer of History One of the most dangerous gods in The Super-Sargasso Sea. Why so is that this god has the power to devour the history of whatever she targets, resulting in that target's history to be re-written to accommodate the changes. Like if she targets someone who experienced some kind of serious trauma in their life, she can eat that point in that mortal's history which re-writes their history as if they never had that trauma in the first place. Or if she targets someone who experienced an event that inspired them to achieve greatness, Mahj can devour that person's experience so they never got the inspiration in the first place. While she may be forbidden from eating the histories of the other gods thanks to her Superior, Mahj still goes among mortals to taste the various delicacies among them. And
