Well, I drew the creator of Winny again.
Just to practice drawing people a little. 
And because he needed a better reference anyway XD
So, have a mysterious weirdo and genius inventor who created a monster, yaay XD

It's the first time I drew him in clothes that aren't completely black, and I think he kinda looks cool in red









His hair look better than my hair. And he doesn't even care about them X'D
