Finally finished this piece of fanart. Took me roughly 30 hours to make Really happy it's finally done though.
For those not familiar, this is a piece of fanart I made for the game Yume 2kki. Yume 2kki is a fan game based on the infamous horror RPG maker game Yume Nikki.
In these games, you get to play as a little girl who explores her dreams while she sleeps. In these dreams she has to find a certain number of items. Each of these items can be found in different dream worlds. Pretty much all dream worlds are connected to one another in some shape or form, basically creating a giant maze.
I personally really adore these Yume Nikki games, as they don't really have much of a story, but rather are all about exploring, and visually experiencing the journey (seeing how every now and then you run into some pretty weird and strange imagery). The characters displayed in the background are a couple of NPC's you encounter throughout Yume 2kki.
I played Yume 2kki for the first time about 2 years ago. Ever since I've wanted to make some fanart for it, as I think Yume 2kki deserves a lot more praise than it currently receives.
Anyway, the speedpaint for this drawing will probably be up in a few weeks, so.. Hope you all look forward to that
