Happy New Year 2018

It's March and I'm only now finishing my New Year's postcard artwork @_@;;

For this year's card I decided to draw Father Sam with my IRL dog, Bus, an Italian greyhound. Probably not the best combination since Bus is black and Sam wears black, so I added some purple to Sam's uniform and some blue to my dog. An image like this would normally only take me a day, maybe two tops, but having a baby has really been a drain on my daily schedule. Some days she takes a long nap and I can whip out my new Cintiq Pro 13 and get some work done, other days I'm not so lucky.

This has gone to print and will be a gift to people backing my Patreon at certain tiers and for people who backed my Kickstarter but, for one reason or another, have not gotten their rewards yet. Fortunately that's only like 20 or so people, but getting pregnant and then having a baby has not made things very fair for them. Once these come in I'll start sending them out along with the rewards.

Comic is still on hold because yeah, baby. But I am still doing illustrations and updating the Patreon. Just... sloooowly....
