TERMS OF SERVICE

What I WILL draw
▶ I will draw humans (including kemonomimi; I mostly draw boys but any gender is alright :') )
▶ I will draw canines, felines (almost any animal, challenge me)
▶ I will draw same sex couples
▶ I will draw pokemon, digimon, sonic, MLP, etc.
▶ I will draw anthro
▶ I will draw blood, gore
▶ I will draw nsfw (humans only; kemonomimi are okay too)

What I WILL NOT draw
▶ I will not draw any hate art against someone/something
▶ I will not draw vore, fetishes I'm uncomfortable with
▶ I will not draw macho, extreme muscles
▶ I will not draw robots, mecha

What I MIGHT CONSIDER drawing
▶ I might draw dragons
▶ I might draw characters with too dark colors (this gives me trouble in traditional art only, if you'd like it digital then there's no problem)
Information
▶ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason at any time
▶ You have my permission to re-post/crop commissions for website icons and banners as long as full credit is given and/or my signature is left on it
▶ It is your responsibility to provide me with full coloured and clear references! I will not work from a description!
▶ I am happy to mail out traditional pieces as long as you cover postage costs
▶ If commissions are closed I can put you on a waiting list for when they open

Payment
▶ Only send me payment once I okay it. You PAY FIRST, then I will start working on it. I will NOT work on art that's unpaid for
▶ I accept USD (dollars) and  DeviantArt Points
▶ Payments can be done via PayPal or with DeviantArt points

Refunds
▶ If I can no longer complete a commission I will give a full refund
▶ All completed work is non refundable

Alterations and Edits
▶ I can provide sketches and WIPS of work if asked
▶ If I make a mistake I will be happy to correct it [this may not be easy with traditional work but I will try]
▶ type 'potato' in your note/comment so I know you've read the T.O.S.
▶ If you want to make a change to your commission eg. change character, please let me know as soon as possible, before I start work on the piece

Deadlines
▶ I work on commissions randomly and do bits of different ones to stay inspired/motivated
▶ I do take some time to finish work as I'm a slow worker and I do have a job and other things going on in life which take up my time
▶ If you want something done to a deadline please let me know beforehand! I may not necessarily agree to do the commission though if I feel I won't be able to get it done on time
▶ I do not like to be rushed. If you want to know how a commission is getting along please ask politely. If you want it urgently then I can prioritise your commission, but people who are rude and pester me will have their commission cancelled
