I'm surprised there isn't a trope specifically for when the Cavalry are normally villains but are helping out just this one time.  It certainly happens often enough.

This and the next page were originally a double spread, but I split it up to make it seem less like Stagelight was deliberately refusing to listen (because that would be Idiot Ball territory and I'm not really keen on that concept except when the movie/episode I'm basing the story on does it already) and more about being interrupted and there being other important things to do.
