Name Stridsholt derived from old Norse, stríðr (meaning 'dispute', 'quarrel', 'battle' or 'fight') and Proto-Germanic, hultą (meaning 'wood' or 'thicket').

Stridsholt Dressage is a modern top-notch sales, training and boarding stable for dressage horses. 
The stable offers boarding and training for both horses and riders at all levels, and hosts clinics and individual training courses for ambitious riders and their horses. Quality, harmony, motivation and progress are keystone elements in the daily training of horses and riders.

The charming old buildings are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Zealand, Denmark. The stable lies at the border of a deep forest with endless possibilities for trail rides.

Stridsholt Dressage is also the main seat of the Sejrbank Talent Team.

 Rune Hasbjerg-Lassen
One of two Exam. Master Riders (bereider) employed at Stridsholt. Rune is responsible for the day-to-day management of the stable, in particular relating to the boarders. He also manages the prestigious Stridsholt Academy, an intense training course for guest boarders who reside at the facility for a period of time.
He trains a handful of private students - among them Simon Kvark Guldborg.



Musti Adler Stein ('Steinadler')
The other Exam. Master Rider (bereider) employed at Stridsholt. Former trainer for Denmark's Young Rider dressage team. Today Stein's main area of expertise relates to the training and education of sales horses, along with mentoring a handful of private students - most notably Connor Gideon Goldenweiser (prize pupil).
Other students include: Kaisa Komarova
She is also an esteemed guest at the show circuits, currently with her own horse Palestrina.



Höfström
Världens Ryttarförening certified and registered dressage and jumping instructor 2013-present, Höfström is the newest addition to the Stridsholt team of highly skilled instructors.
He has a reputation as a stern trainer who is hard to please and his method of instruction is mainly rider based. He has a number of private students, among them Dehli Walsh.




 Connor Gideon Goldenweiser
Stein's oldest student, Connor is a familiar sight at Stridsholt, though he does not board there with any horses of his own - rather, he has been responsible for the training of certain of Stein's sales horses, in particular the youngsters aged 3-6. Thus, he has been the ever-returning guest at the Young Horse Championates for many years; each year with new horses. 
Connor trains a number of permanent students on Wednesdays.



 Simon Kvark Guldborg
Boarder at Stridsholt -  loved and hated at the same time. He is often seen with a tail of followers who suck up to him for being on the national team, yet he is friends with nobody - not even his groom. 
Simon can boast an incredibly stellar showing career and has been a permanent member of the Danish national team (for each age group) almost unbrokenly since his pony years.

Stridsholt has room to accomodate upwards of 70 horses, of which 30 are permanent boarders at the facility.
