Gorillasaurus - head concept

First of 2 concept/model sheets I drew over the weekend for the first monster Tetsuko will face.

I want to start "small" and "quiet" (relatively speaking; it won't actually be "small" or "quiet" when you have a 300-foot tall, superhumanly strong giantess battling a 300-foot tall dinosaur/ape hybrid to the death LOL!) with the Kaijuu Fighter Tetsuko series. The first few monsters she'll face will be creatures which will be simply tall, strong and tough, but won't have any powers. (Think Anguirus or Titanosaurus from the Godzilla franchise.) As the series continues - and the forces arrayed against the Earth realize they'll have to "step up their game" against Earth's champion - we'll start seeing monsters endowed with weird powers like electric bolts, energy beams, paralyzing gas, etc.

Here are the first sketches of what Gorillasaurus' head will look like, including a "step-by-step" progression of its construction.

(Yes, those are human legs sticking out of its mouth in the lower-right sketch, to give a sense of scale.)
