-Power Mask - A pair of goggles that has a built in Heads-Up Display with meters that keep track of Health Points, Energy levels, what he has collected, Etc.
-Power Cape - An enchanted cape that grants Randy the ability to leap long distances, Double Jump while in mid-air and Wall Jump when against a wall.
-Power Bands - A Pair of Yellow and Green wrist guards that increase the strength of Power Mane's punches.

Basic Premise: "A 90s videogame character that escaped the confines of it's gaming cartridge. Initially he caused havoc across the city, smashing trash cans and phone boothes to find power-ups and collectables. He was eventually captured and had to be explained that Sargasso isn't his game and that if he continues his escapades, he will be detained. His personality is a complete stereotype of a 90s Teenager, the kind that out-of-touch adult creators make to be hip with the kids."

This character was originally going to be a remake of the PD child hero, Super-Brat, but as usual, Super-Brat became Power Mane after some additional tinkering, especially when I did his hair. I kinda wanted to do a video game-based character, specifically those found during the 90s with the SNES and the Sega Genesis (Sega Megadrive to the Europeans). Like I said in the Basic Premise, Randy Radical is a complete stereotype of a 90s kid. But also has some of aspects of 90s games such as being anti-drugs & pro-environment. The kind of blatant messaging that adult creators want to put in their games to teach kids the importance of protecting the environment and not taking drugs.

This is shown with some of his behavior, such as when he's patrolling his section in the 90s District, he picks up trash wherever he finds it, thinking that he gets points for putting them in the trash, more if he actually puts each bit of trash in the right bin. In fact he would be so gung-ho that even Captain Planet would tell him to tone down the enthusiasm a bit. So yeah, you wouldn't expect this guy to appear in Ready Player One, book or movie.
