Positivity Project

Today's positivity project feature is from RiverOfCrystals: "I'd like to add that you're worth it. If you have to drag yourself out of bed every morning, remember that it's worth it. Life WILL get better. Life sucks. We all know this. But with help from each other and from your peers and friends and family and everyone else, you can get through it. Take care of yourself. Take GOOD care of yourself. Get sleep, have food, etc. And remember, you are worth it. Everyone here will help you through tough times if you need it. Just look around and remember to take care of yourself. Life can be wonderful. Look around at how lucky we are to be alive! We get to be alive when we have technology, a beautiful nature around us, in a great time. Even if you are having a tough time, you can get through it. You'll meet people who'll help you out of that dark hole. It helps if you try as well.

Positivity Project!What is it?
Recently, I've noticed that there is a lack of positivity in the world. With everything that's going on, politics, school shootings, the threat of war, bullying, etc. I think it's important now more than ever to bring some positivity back into the world.
I'd like to start with DeviantArt. This is an amazing community, and as part of my effort to be more active, hopefully this will remind everyone how much we've been blessed with friends and support! There's always something to appreciate if you take a couple minutes to look around

This one rings especially true with me, as someone who has been struggling with my life, my purpose, what I'm going to spend the rest of my time on this Earth doing. For a while, I felt like I wouldn't get anywhere and that nothing was going to work out for me, since I wasn't doing what I originally set out to do. Then I realized that I just had the freedom to work on my passions - art, music, writing.

This one also is personal to me. As someone who's struggled with bullying and harassment, I just wanted to let anyone in the same situation know that you can get through it. It might seem impossible at the moment, but eventually you'll realize that those who spend their time putting you down are just looking for attention and insecure, and they chose the wrong way to handle it. If anyone is struggling with this, please feel free to send me a note or leave a comment and I'll be happy to talk to you and try to help
