General Commission Post

Here is a comprehensive journal featuring everything you may commission me for, along with the availability of each type of commission. (This is a new version.)

Drawing Commissions [DCOMM] [OPEN!]

  

Full body: $10, +$5 per extra character
Waist Up: $7, +$3 per extra character
Close Up Bust: $5, only one character per picture. This is a special option that is... well, a close-up of your character.
Background: Complex backgrounds will be +$3, possibly more depending on what you want. Simple backgrounds (gradients, flat colors) are free.

Your art will be flat colored by default. I will add shading free of charge if you ask for it. If you would like screentones, or lineart, let me know (price reductions may occur according to the situation).

Also available are Fake Screenshots! These follow the same pricing per body portion as above, though you may not get a "complete" full body due to the framing/action pose.

Manga Pages are also an option! The prices are yet again the same as above, but they are multiplied by panel. For example, if you want a 5-panel manga page, and all of the panels have two characters from the waist up, it would cost $40. When ordering a manga page, please specify if you want it to be full colored or screentoned. (I don't have any recent examples of these right now, sorry.)

Regarding Do's and Don'ts, I am generally flexible and willing to try most things. Anthro-type characters are accepted. No NSFW. Sexy is okay, couples are great, but you're not getting any porn from me. Sorry. Also, rush orders aren't allowed on art.

[PTS] BB: Unfreeze!Someone… had frozen the daycare?
What did that even mean? Obviously, it was bad news, but how did someone freeze the entire daycare? Was the building suspended in a block of ice? Was it just snowing inside the building? What did it mean?!
In any case, Beau decided to help the poor requester before his bOSS DestROyed him or something. That guy probably deserved a little destroying depending on the extent of the damage, but regardless of the requester’s fate, the daycare needed to be put back in working order. Fire Pokemon were more Cerise’s jam, but Beau did have two fire-using partners that would be willing to help out. Grabbing Cherry and Lemon’s Pokeballs, he headed out to the daycare. (It occurred to him that both his Fire types had fruit names. That was funny.)
When he got there, the building was not entirely encased in ice, which was a relief. It seemed to mostly be chunks of snow and ice encroaching on large areas of the daycare. That could be managed, pro Dreamers and the DeadMegrez lay on the ground, feeling the blood seep from her wounds into the earth. Her left arm and right leg had been broken, there was a knife sticking out of her stomach, and it was very clear that soon, she would die. She would not die alone, however; not too far from her, the bodies of Corrupt Eternal Sailor Penthesilea and Dark Mirror Eternal Sailor Cybele laid prone, just as badly injured as she was. Cybele’s neck had been broken, and a knife stuck damningly out of Penthesilea’s chest. The henshin had yet to fade from either of them; for all Megrez knew, they might somehow still be clinging to their last flickers of life.
She tasted blood as she opened her mouth for her last words. “Let us… all… walk to the other side… together.” Yes, that was how it would be. The three of them would hold hands and walk the astral path to heaven, hell, the Space Cauldron, or whatever eternity had in store for them. It would be like nothing had ever happene

My base price for story writing commissions is $10/1000 points per 1000 words. 500-word stories are only $5/500 points. 

Character profiles have a base price of $5/500 points per profile, but this price may shift depending on how much you need written. 

I will try my best to get your commission to you within two weeks; however, if you want it sooner, a $5/500 point rush fee will be added. I know that's a lot relative to the price, but my time is limited.

Will Do:
- Original stories (using your characters and settings, of course)
- Short Stories (We're talking one chapter deals here, probably a max of 1000 words)
- Longer stories (Multi-chapter stories or single chapters beyond that 1000 word max)
- Character profiles
- Violence and horror themes (may be a case-by-case thing though)
- Never be afraid to ask if I can do something!

Might Do:
- Writing for animal characters. It depends on what you want and what the animal is capable of doing, really.
- Fan Fiction (My knowledge of most new series is kind of limited, and I don't really trust myself to write characters accurately if I can't get the source material in front of me quickly, but I'll do my best if you want to trust me with a certain character!)
- Smut. The price increases to $15/1000 words. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Won't Do:
- Heavily fetish-y stuff.
- Feel free to ask if I can/can't do something.

Strengths:
- Fantasy and sci-fi. Those two are my primary genres, and I like anything that has to do with magic or fancy technology. (And interdimensional travel. There is almost always interdimensional travel.)
- I love devising magic mechanics. If you need help working out the "how things work" of your magic system or magitechnology, I'd be happy to see what I can come up with.
- I'm good with word choice, vocabulary, and writing mechanics in general.
- Intense emotional situations are a lot of fun to write for me.
- I can juggle multiple characters in a scene well.
- I'm good with giving characters distinct voices and personalities. Writing characters and dialogue is pretty much my favorite part of the process.
- I'm good at straight-up character generation.

Weaknesses:
- My romance might be a bit sappy.
- Sometimes I infodump a bit when magic mechanics come up.
- Style might be a bit too economical for some tastes; I'm very point-A-to-point-B in my writing. My prose is not purple.
- Pacing. I've been told my writing's pacing can be off at times, and it's hard for me to diagnose by myself.

The simplest thing you can get would be a 30-second long track, which would cost $15. From there, it’s $15 per additional 30 seconds. There is no charge per instrument. If I go a bit over the time limit, you don’t have to pay for the extra. Commercial prices will be discussed on a case-by-case basis but will be more expensive.

Vocal songs are an option due to my having Vocaloid; your options are Daina, Ruby, Gumi English, Dex, and Cyber Songman (I currently only have samples for Ruby, Gumi, and Daina). Adding vocals adds on another $10 per minute of vocals (so if there’s not even a full minute of vocals, you’ll only pay $10 extra). Songs that are to be written to fit lyrics (whether vocals are added or not) may add a $5 charge due to complexity (depends on what’s asked for in the lyrics department). I can also just write lyrics for an existing instrumental song, which will most likely be a flat $5 (it’s harder than you’d think!).

My genre of choice is classical music, but I am also working on chiptune-style music as well (think in the vein of Undertale’s soundtrack).

When you order music, I’d like to know the following:

- What instruments would you like?

- What kind of feel are you looking for?

- Is this music representative of a character, story, and/or scene? If so, please describe them.

Last but not least, there are music bundle options if you would like to get more than one song at a time:

Simple Bundle: $30

- Contains 3 simple instrumental songs! Length of the songs will vary but will most likely not be over 1 minute.

Middle Bundle: $60/$70

- Contains 5 instrumental songs, or 2 instrumental and 1 vocal song (this variation will be $70).

Singing Bundle: $80

- Contains 3 vocal songs! Length will vary; I’ll discuss with you if you buy it.

Wha-BAM Bundle: $120

- Contains 5 vocal songs or 7 instrumental songs! You will also get a special thank you illustration if you buy this bundle.

There’s also a bundle bonus you can add on if you’re interested:

- Illustration/cover art: $5-10, depending on what you ask for (may go up to $15 if you want something super complicated).
