Toku sprite - Accel Ghost

Finally, we get to the most interesting addition to these Legend Rider forms in the 2018 crossover - a first-time Legend Rider form for the world of W! Based on Accel's other forms, I just call it Accel Ghost. 

Basically, it's Accel in Ghost's colors, with some alternate color placement going on to mix it up. Engine Blade turns into the Gan Gun Saber and he can fly, making for a secondary ghost more intense than Specter.
