Queen's Generals
A General is a horse owned by the Queen and used throughout the Kingdom. They are used in every day training of Guards, protecting the kingdom, and living a life of luxury when not working. Members who do not have any Nordanners, or simply want to show the Queen's Generals some love may use them at any time. Slots are occasionally given out as event prizes, in raffles and so on. Do not ask for slots to them, the group will make it known when one is available! They are valuable members of the Kingdom, and do not lend their slots out to just anyone.
Using A General
You do not have to ask to use a General - if you want to use them for a show, please do so! Just note, if the rules state in the show that you cannot use a group horse, don't attempt to use one anyway. Show rules are show rules!
I've been given a slot to an ACTIVE General!! What can or can't I do with it??
Congrats! You got a slot to an active group horse (Generals that are still owned by the group, acting out their duties for the Queen)!! Enjoy those rare bloodlines! The do come with a few restrictions, however:

- Breedings that include ACTIVE Generals cannot have a Twins Blessing (Relics of the Gods and/or Barachiel's Blessing) applied.
- Slots given during a General's active period cannot be sold for USD/AG. It can be traded/gifted/etc but the slot itself cannot be sold for currency.
When Generals Retire
When it does come time to find a group horse a permanent home, the Queen makes note of any art drawn of them when making her decision. You may not, however, cause any harm to the horse in your artwork or stories. That being said, drawing them doesn't guarantee that they will be given to you either. Complaining/starting drama/throwing llamas/dramatic sobbing will, however, ensure you are not given any group horses in the future.
Sometimes we will announce the upcoming retirements, others we will give out without warning! Most of the time this will be when a horse has many of its slots used and a member has come forward to show they love that general for more than just breeding.

Love them! There are a few rules you have to follow, but other than that you can use them as you would any other nordanner!

- Group horses may NOT be sold for USD/Points/AG - Art and trades are fine!
- Slots can be sold for USD/points/stashes of chocolate. however, you see fit
- Group horses may not be deceased.
- Their designs cannot be changed and are still copyrighted to the Nordanner Breed.
The new and improved Generals have "Boosted" slots. What are these???
Due to the high ranking and skills these generals have, the new generals have been able to have 5 more babies than normal ranked horses. If these boosted slots aren't used during their active duty, they will not be able to use them when they retire. For example, a General that uses 9 slots but retires, will go home with 1 slot available. However if a General uses 13 out its available 15, the horse is unable to use the last 2 slots and no slots will be readily available until that horse reaches Excellent Blood!
The Great Isolation Exchange
Hey guys! We wanted to host a little something-something to give you guys something to do during the lockdown! We thought an Art Echange event would be a perfect way to spread some cheer!
And to add a little something extra for you all, everybody that participates will get a lucky dip bundle from the barracks, bazaar, or the brewery (your choice). The actual items that you will receive will be RNG-ed, but we will try to make each bundle roughly the same in value (eg you may receive one expensive item or many cheaper ones!)

The group needs help with our ID system. Our volunteers we originally had, life hit a speed bump with about all of us! So we're looking for community members who would like to earn AG in return for helping us fill out our ID lists.
