Feya can often be described as quite "whimsical" when seeing her in her every day, not always quite there. Often spending her time staring out into nowhere or goofing around and scaring people by climbing somewhere she shouldn't be and getting the jump on them. Feya doesn't really have any intentions of making friends or trying to blend in among society, wholly focused on her personal goals. But when it comes to when she is on the job, any weird stares shaken off, and she goes completely cold in a way.
Her information broker would say that Feya still can be "whimsical", although in a much more brutal way. The whimsical part mostly comes through after the kill or while she is having her "one-on-one" time with the target.

Skills:
Military/Combat Training:
Feya gets quite the edge when it comes to close combat, some could theorize from watching her fight that she had gotten military training sometime in her life. Disarming, breaking, torture, you name it, she knows it.

Hardcore Parkour:
I think the name of the skill describes it pretty well.

Brute Strength:
She may be a professional when it comes to close-combat, but often she prefers pummeling and bashing her way through everything so long as she knows it is "safe".

Copycat:
Feya may be a brute in many ways, after all her preferable way of killing being choking or bashing the targets head in. She is experienced in copying other serial-killers, her military expertise often helping in knowing what weapon other murderers used. Feya's trade of work mostly comes from the fact she can make it look like the work of a mass-murdering madman, and not a political kill. The only true trademark she has appears occasionally depending on the target's dental hygiene, as she pulls teeth out (usually tries to cover it up as signs of assault on the target) .

Flaws:
Snipe-a-wha?:
When it comes to anything in the long-range, Feya is at the disadvantage, not only because of how most of her training has primarily been focused on close-combat, and short- to mid-range, but her sight isn't what it used to be, close-sighted, and too stubborn in a sense to wear glasses. So don't worry too much unless she has binoculars in the round. And even then she is quite against using guns, she has some training in them, but at most she would only use one in improvisation.

Lack of Empathy/Socially Awkward:
Sure, if you gets over the border of her anti-social personality behavior, she might garner empathy for you, but otherwise she is completely stone-cold. This lack of empathy could be an advantage when it comes to kills, but when it comes to blending in with crowds or discussing civility when on the job, she can be absolutely unbearably rude, so throwing her into a crowd when she is in the "job" mind-set, it can set her completely off her beat.

Heavy-Accent:
Undercover missions? Feya may be fluid in several Slavic languages, and can muddle easily through conversations in the ones she doesn't know. She has a very clear, yet also strange accent in English, thus often her cover could easily get blown if she has to talk/ sneak her way in through words. This is why she usually always prefers missions where she never truly has to "interact" with the target, sneak in, kill, sneak out, simple for her.  

False sense of "security"
A common pattern in Feya's assassinations is that she sometimes prefers secluding her victim (kidnapping, as part of her whole "make it look like a serial-killer did it) so she can have some one on one time with them (like a dentist). These places are usually something she has secured before the deadline, and Feya feels secure in, enough so that her guards is the most down there.

-Safe house: Technically she has taken an abandoned warehouse marked as her safe house, most of her belongings, gear and "passion" projects being there, but Feya often has the habit of falling asleep anywhere, usually on top of buildings she climbs or on a random bench in a park.

Background:
There isn't much information surrounding Feya, even her information broker doesn't have much information on her despite having to track her down for the organisation a few years back. Before being associated under the Network, Feya was mostly only known for the kills she did as the frenzied serial-killer "The Tooth Fairy", which seemingly targeted people at random, and would choke and brutalize the body in several different ways, the only common attribute being the removal of teeth and how the killer would stuff the esophagus with coins. Between each 5 kills there was a five year gap, which made her a brutal tease for the police-force, which only attributed the five kills each 5 years to the killer. 
Under the mask of "raving serial-killer", Feya hid from the radar of the Network for an unknown amount of time to the organisation. The discovery of the serial-killer being a possible free-lancing assassin, was through striven-about clues of high-profile targets deaths, was the trait of tooth-picking. But little evidence stringing the kills together, made the idea of hunting down what possibly could be freelancer, would be the equivalent to finding a needle that might not even be a needle in a haystack.

Laila'O'Brien was set on the job of tracking the possible freelancer in her free-time, giving the excuse of it being "practice" to track paranoid targets, without any real expectations of anything actually turning up except maybe one less serial-killer moping around in the market.
So it certainly came as a surprise when a few months later, a begrudged Laila brought in the person behind the killings, and she had convinced Feya to work under them.

For Feya it was certainly an upgrade. Someone else had to go through the boring-part of finding jobs? It was a done deal.
When brought into the organization, Feya relayed some information explaining her career, but most of it was still an enigma. Calling herself a copy-cat freelancer, even the Tooth fairy killings were copied from someone else, but when the brutish enigma actually "took over" from the true Fairy remains a mystery, and then also how many kills Feya actually had done in the silent periods as the freelancer wasn't the kind to keep books and papers. 
As the scraggy wild-cannon had seemed to taken a liking to Laila, the "Shrike" was forcefully retired from her old job to be the information broker (babysitter) for Feya. You found it, you're responsible for it.
