The Gold King, Tiersis.
Born the hour of the Book.

As king of the Eyedra Empire, he controls the least amount of land- the capital. And even then, the Queens can overturn what he does if 2/3rds of them agree that he messed up. So, he often just lounges in the lap of luxury not doing anything aside from moving markings within the royalty, and grooming himself in front of a mirror.
