FireHeart: Speaker Kaina

It's been a while since I last drew the main character of my current novel project. I'm actually in the final stretch of the story, so what better reason to draw Kaina again?

Her title, "Speaker", means that she has the innate ability to communicate with the Phoenix, which is seen as a god in this world, whereas no other human can understand it. It also means that she is invulnerable to fire (which is a bit of an issue since Kaina has been afraid of fire ever since she was a child...but she does get over it over the course of the story), and has defensive and healing capabilities (which require a lot of control. I never wanted any of her "gifts" to come easy).

Anyway, I drew this thinking that it is Kaina later in the story when she's gained more confidence. She's definitely become one of my favorite OCs of mine.
