Hilda is a hard one to miss in the crowd -- and it's not just because of her enormous size. She is loud and boisterous, taking up a room with her jolly personality. She is very sociable and will walk up to strangers to strike up a conversation. While she can be overwhelming, she is sensitive to others and will tone herself around shyer individuals if she notices their discomfort (though she can be oblivious at times). She is caring and empathetic, especially to those younger than her. Hilda is the designated "mom friend" and it doesn't take much for her to take someone under her wing, treating them with hospitality and protection.

She isn't much of a forward thinker. She often gets caught up in the moment and her emotions, and would rather play things by ear than to adhere by a plan. She likes to feel unrestrained and will take it upon herself to bend the rulebook -- though it will never be with malicious intent. More likely than not it is to satisfy her curiosity and want for adventure. She is quite hedonistic and indulges herself in impulses and nonsensical things on a whimsy. 

Because of this, Hilda is reckless. She doesn't think of consequences for her actions when they seem benign or helpful in her eyes. She can be overbearing without realizing it, and she is notorious nosy. Her concern for others can make her disrespect boundaries and invade topics that others don't want to share. She can get defensive when others get upset at her and will be stubborn to keep the idea that she's doing what's best for them. It is difficult for her to be humble, which can drive wedges between herself and others.

However, despite her intensity, she truly does want what is best for the people around her. It's hard for her to hold grudges and she's quick to forgive others. She is optimistic and looks for the best in every situation, not only because it's always there, but so to help the moral of others. Hilda is determined to make the region a better place than it is and has the moxie to try.

After a year, she transferred to the Everstone Guild, who were more heavily involved with the mysteries involving the disaster.
