CLASSES
HIPPODROME RACE
Race takes place at recreated classic greek hippodrome with 600 m length, with sand as surface of the track.
Race goes on for 5 circles (5 km).
Cats: 4 cats hitch. All subspecies are allowed.
Rider: Should have human appearence or hide any un-human parts and traits.
Tack & attire depends on whether you pick nowa days time or back in history time set.
Nowa days: helmets, protective vests and other equipment is required, for cats - protective leg and paw pads. All equipment should be in your stable\cattery colours.
Historic setting: Any sort of equipment that fit era/area. Your team can wear armour and even carry weapons.
Time & Conditions: There are several options, pick any you like.

CROSSCOUNTRY RACE
This is endurance type race. The race takes around from 5 days to 7 days to complete, depending on the pace, weather and amount of stops your team will take.
Race has set checkpoints, but no set route. You are free to make your way from one point to another any route you like.
The race goes mostly along the banks of the Nile river and edges of Sahara desert.
Cats: 2 cats hitch. All subspecies are allowed.

Tack & attire depends on which timeline you will pick.

Time & Conditions: Race takes 7 days to finish. Takes place in Egypt, starting near city of Cairo. The time can be any that you`d like to depict. Weather conditions might be any that fits the region. Please, refrain from depicting unusual weather, such as snow or heavy rain. Hot days with strong winds and sand-storms are considered as more fitting conditions.

- The pitstop. You decided to make a stop finally to get some rest for your cats and yourself.
- Stargazing. You`ve made it through one more checkpoint and stopped to take some rest. It seems that deep black sky is hiding something way more sinister than cold stars.
- Ancestors are speaking. The day is hot, sun is high, odd mirages are chasing you and your team. Is it just an effect of sunstroke?
- Wildlife. Depict your team`s encounter with local wildlife.
- Lost. Sometimes you need to get lost to find something. You`ve lost after the sandstorm. In struggle to find the right direction you stumble upon ancient, unknown ruins. Will you turn away or venture further to explore the solitary, abandoned memories of ancient times?
- Only dead are safe. The armed marauders are on your tail! You need to escape if you want to survive. Or, maybe, its time for your pets to show their teeth, literally?
Resting camp: You have to do the stops to give your animals some rest. But it can be up for you to decide how many times you will stop and for how long.
If you won`t make any stops, your stats part of the score will decrease by 90%
If you will make 3 stops, your stat score will decrease by 50%
If you will make 5 stops, your stats will decrease by 15%, but your rivals will get + 4 points to final score
If you will make 7 stops, your stats will not decrease, but your rivals will get + 8 points to final score

ADDITIONAL INFO
- You can take companion animals with you on endurance race.
- You can enter both races with charriots, hitched with animals of other species, such as drakehests, jibita (ME horses), temple horses, tokotas, ordinary horses of any breeds, or other rideable creatures, but keep in mind they need to have somewhat realistic appearence (vivid patterns are allowed, horns - depends, wings-no-no) and be based off real life animals. So no dragons etc. If you are unsure if your species of animals are fit to take part in the race, don`t hesitate to ask about it in FAQ area. However, keep in mind that prizes are still mostly shedu-oriented (items, currency etc).
- If there will be more, than 5 entries in nowa days and 5 in historical setting, those will be divided in separate classes.

Few things to pay attention to:
Stats and SND bonus ensure your lowest possible RNG score. The RNG then rolled from the Stats + SND bonus up to the max RNG number.

- Accuracy:
A) Nowa days- Tack & attire is in your cattery\stable colours + 2
- Track is clearly a historical recreation of hippodrome with correct surface (sand) + 2
- Viewers are present and they have modern outfits + 2
- Cats looks nice together - have similar colours/patterns, looks harmonical together + 2 (per cat)
- Correct weather + 5
- Correct time of the day + 5
B) Historical - Cat`s tack and elements of driver`s attire has "team colours" (these are any of your liking) + 2
- Cat`s tack has themed decorations, that makes them stand out and recognizable for your team`s fans on the tribunes + 2
- Crowd`s looks on tribunes suit their time + 2
- Driver`s attire either suit the historical time or at least has nothing to do with modern clothes and fit into your plot behind the race + 2
- Legend (only for historical): Describe, which era/time it is, why this race is held, why your team is there (200-300 words is more than enough) + 5
- Include rival`s team in your art + 5 (You will find couple of group cat`s teams further to use just in case.
- Promote this race via journal or poll, mention, that this race is open not only for shedus (10 days before deadline - +1, month or more before deadline + 2 )

Close attention will be payed to the way cats are hitched. Please, do your research on equine tack that is/was used for driving charriots.

Your artwork will be judged as is, not in a competition with anyone else or even your previous artworks. Similar to equine dressage test, where individual scores are compared with each other only in the end.
We also did our best to make this show into a fun experience for you. Therefore the "effort" part of the score is very low. Only 1-5 point. We would like you to draw for pleasure and fun and not to try to overdo yourself.
Also, animation, comic pages would not necessery bring you more points.
Stat score for other species (not shedus) will be rolled randomly from 10 to 50 points (per stat per animal).
Previous experience in driving, charriot racing or endurance can increase the RNG possibility.
1 charriot racing show entry will give you 35-55 points roll
1 driving show entry will give 30-50 points roll

2 charriot racing shows = 30-70 points
2 driving show entries = 30-60 points

These points DO NOT stack up. (Meaning you can get max bonus only for 3 races/shows, not 6 or 9 etc) But you can mix and match, like 1 endurance race + 2 driving show will bring you same 40-70 possibility.
REGULATIONS
You can enter both classes with the same team (+ or - 2 mount in hitch)
You can enter up to three teams per class. You can enter more teams, but only if you preregistered all previous ones and did entries for them! (So to enter with 4th team you need to have 3 finished entries already.)
Each team and driver can enter each class just once.
You can commission the art
Tracing is not allowed.
Photomanipulations are not allowed.
Entry can be art or literature (if last option is picked, text should be written either in russian or english language)
