It is Sunny Ray's identity document issued by Asinestrian People's Republic. Made with a lot of help from my family (pouch laminator, shear, thread and needle) and a lot of shopping (all the materials and a typewriter). The portrait photo has been prepared as a commission by Moonlight-Ki, who did a really good job!

In case of loosing the personal evidence or finding it after reporting as lost, you shall immediately announce this fact to the nearest MC[Civic Militsiya] unit.
In case of change of personal data, corruption or use of all the space for new annotations, the possessor of the personal evidence is obliged to apply for its replacement.
Records in the personal evidence can be done only by entitled authorities and institutions.
Possessor of the personal evidence is obliged to show this document to every entitled authority and institution; thus it is recommended that the possessor carry the personal evidence with them.
Personal evidence consists of 16 pages.
